I'm sure Maxam Gold Corp will find some way to accept your money, be it an issuance of shares common, restricted, restructed, special or flaky, but correct me if I'm wrong that no way will they accept conditions placed by you, for example, financing Maxam's drilling program. For if so you would receive insider information, a criminal act. As for another "knowing without being told" financing Maxam's officers paychecks, ya'up, that would be 110% sure bet. doug
