Something is indeed strange and I had the same thought as to XOM...lol. Business is always one step ahead of government. US corporations see a gigantic Asian economy forming that will soon dwarf ours. The biggies....China and India....are making business alliances throughout the ME. Apparently neither are fearful that radical islamic forces will do much if any damage to their business interests, btw. We're stuck over in a corner spinning the axis of evil wheel.
