I'm glad to provide data that can clarify the GW issue. Note: I will use any data that may throw light on resolution one way or another. If the climate is not in any danger from human activity consider me most relieved. I am unbiased from that POV. I have kids too and like to think I am a responsible parent.

I find it "amusing" that any scientist worth his salt could not be immediately concerned by CO2 levels studying the graphs provided. In my view they would be bordering on being criminally insane, and my accusation also includes the author of those prehistoric CO2 data graphs!

Over 6 billion of us are living on a spaceship called Earth. Consider that while instruments on board the space ship have recorded the observed changes in Carbon Dioxide levels.

There is AMPLE data that shows high CO2 levels correlate with much higher average planet wide temperatures that would devastate our current way of life. I can only think the author has some sort of "climate change denier BRAIN FEVER" to imagine one of the data points invalidates a correlation between high CO2 levels and higher average Earth temperature. You have to think in some zombified two dimensional way to arrive at the conclusion

"Clearly, other factors besides atmospheric carbon influence earth temperatures and global warming".

Yeah, like a freaking massive asteroid could have hit the planet and caused planetary cooling by throwing billions of tons of dust into the atmosphere (just one of thousands of possible event examples that come to mind). It does not change the primary observation though. High CO2 levels correlate with higher planetary average temperatures.

The quoted statement is misleading. No wonder some want to lock people like that up and throw away the key. I would seriously (though momentarily I am sure -g-) consider chucking them out the nearest air lock if I was captain of a spaceship. They are a danger to themselves and to others.

I await further "amusing" replies -g-
