if Israel has (and I do not underestimate the capabilities of Mossad) great intelligence capabilities, where are the 2 kidnapped soldiers, and how come the intelligence has not been able to rescue them even after a war ?

One example does not make a counterargument. We both know that those two soldiers must be some of Hizbullah's best guarded prisoners. Another question is, how come Israel didn't manage to kill Nasrallah during the war? Ans: it wasn't an intelligence problem. The Israelis knew where he was hiding. Their problem was that he was hiding in the Iranian embassy in Beirut. May be a similar situation with the 2 captives.
