It's becoming all about 2008 and keeping Iraq the GOP's war, not the Dems. But don't worry, Dems have already done a lot to pressure Bush in changing course, and that will continue more and more. Already Bush is now talking with Iran and North Korea. Big changes. Not publicized but happening. And Halliburton is trying to run away to Dubai where they can't be held accountable. Cheney is going down, I can pretty much promise you that. He is the ultimate symbol of corruption in this Bush world.
