I think the Bush supporters STILL think that he meant well and had good intentions, but was just somewhat incompetent, in over his head and ill served by his minions, that he was (and is) too loyal to. But Bush is a GOOD man.

Since his intentions were pure in their minds, he's forgiven, at least by them..
