Right. Clinton and Edwards voted for the resolution...nobody should pay any attention to them, either.

The WA Post was wrong in its support of the Iraq invasion so why should we pay any attention to their current editorial position.

Clinton was egged on to take such unilateral military action by leading Senate Democratic leaders -- including then-Minority Leader Tom Daschle, John Kerry, Carl Levin, and others who signed a letter in October 1998 -- urging the president "to take necessary actions, including, if appropriate, air and missile strikes on suspected Iraqi sites, to respond effectively to the threat posed by Iraq's refusal to end its weapons of mass destruction programs."
