"Northern Alberta i believe there already up there in talks with YATES " Yates who are they lol About 60 km north of fort mcmurray ab there are companies , doing exactly this now ,experimenting "water treatment " the funny part is I can't get a name to go along with the company doing the experimenting.They are there but everything is hush ,hush example for 1 barrel of oil to be produced it takes 4 barrels of "WATER" so one can easily do the math of how much water has to be treated Thats what it takes Shell oil to produce 1 barrel of oil from Albian Sands
