Elmer, are you having reading comprehension issues? The penalty for minor violations (i.e. all OT, all minor insults, exceeding 20 posts / day) is a suspension of two days without any discussion. In case of big violations that are "obvious" (e.g. all direct personal insults like e.g. "You are an <insert insult>") I'll suspend the poster for a longer time. If it is not that obvious the procedure for suspension longer than two days is as follows. I must get 5 unique (from different persons) "nominations" for suspension, within a 48 hour period, via PM or email. I then make a post for a vote and you have 48 hours to vote. It will take more than 50% to invoke a suspension longer than two days. In case of big violations the first suspension is for 2 weeks, second one is for one month and the next one is permanent. Mas' insults were certainly "obvious". He did it on purpose to: (1) suck up to you (2) try to get people to move to his own little kingdom on iHub He's already crowing about it over on iHub. Being proud of getting banned from a message board by deliberately not following its rules... confusing a regulated message board with a "free speech zone"... doesn't that seem very "high school" to you?
