Just pouring through papers on my desk and looking at stock recommendations from a service I subscribe to------

Saw a recommendation for DEll of 1-23-07------laid it aside and did not buy---- their recommendation at that time was to buy Dell under $26.00 and hold---at that time Dell was about $26.00.

Reasons cited-------institutional buy and sell ratio of 6.65 to 1-------"Dell can't fall under this kind of buying demand" per service.

Well if I had bought shortly after receiving the letter I would be down about $5.00 per share----for about a 20% loss.

Now as I read the messages, here, I see all kinds of reasons to doubt this analysis of Dell. Someone sure did a lot of selling within 6 weeks since the recommendation.

Appreciate comments
