Rush says it's a non-story. If that is true, why is it front page headlines on every major newspaper in the country?

You clearly don't understand the rules in play --Bush Bad, Clinton Good. About anything, doesn't matter. I haven't heard much about the other Federal Attorneys, but the one here in NM is making the most noise. He's been sitting on some corruption charges against several Democrats and some voter fraud investigations. Both Rep Heather Wilson and Sen Pete Domenici (both Repubs) asked him about the status of those cases (without pressuring him, according to them), and now that's the straw the attorney is grabbing in an attempt to keep his job and aid the Dems in smearing their opposition.
