Halliburton is a very corrupt company, one of the main reasons they are fleeing the US and moving to Dubai. They also have a HQ in the Cayman islands for purposes of tax evasion and they did business illegally with Iran in the 90's. They do business almost totally based on corrupting politicians, and have been doing this ever since their boy LBJ first ran for office. Money in, money out. Of course now Dick Cheney is their man and they have benefitted by over 10 billion in fat no-bid contracts, with almost no accountability or oversight. As a result, they have stolen in the area of a billion dollars. They are also supposed to be in charge of Iraqi oil fields where 10-25% of the oil is being stolen before it hits market. I'd mvoe to Dubai too if I were them. They are criminals. And they also sap money from our military which should be going to much more important purposes.
