How do you figure there is a bubble in housing? Maybe it was depressed to begin with in some areas where it has now gone up. As you say, building costs have gone up, the loan costs have gone up - it is more expensive to build a home today than say 3-5 years ago.

How true... I guess the mid-west is an example of where it stayed reasonable!
