Profit gouging is gouging no matter the industry But how is 10% profit margin, during the good times in a cyclical industry gouging? And there is only one MSFT but there are close to ten XOM's Which is more of a reason to go after MSFT rather than the oil companies. (Note: I am not in this post arguing for any action against MSFT)

The budget also would not roll back any of President Bush's tax cuts after 2010, when they are set to expire. It says the tax cuts can be extended if they are paid for.
