dude. RE is so slow all i got time for is making fun. Here's a real life bull story for you. One of my partners hired a mortgage shill aka real estate agent a year ago. I smelled doo doo when introduced. True enough, he bought a condo for 947k at the top. Saw it was quit claimed back to the bank last month for 795k and now listed at 739k. I told him while he was in escrow and still had time to bail, "Are U freaking nuts?" I'm applying for my psychiatric license.
