Hopefully this isnt anything like the Bear Stearns recommendation for New Century Financial a couple of months ago. Many things can change. Book value for example. When a loan becomes nonperforming and a reappraisal is done, I would expect that LTV typically will take a hit.

It might be good for a trade, but at this stage in the real estate market, I am skeptical AHM would be a good long term investment.

A little more insider buying in AHM. NOT what I was looking for however. I still hold all my shares at $23.86 AVG.
Not a real big position for me though.
