Yet there is still a huge offer - someone doesn't care about the fundamentals of the stock is what I conclude, that means either:

THe seller got the stock cheap (insider, received in lieu of payment, etc.) and don't care too much about price, or

They are trying to keep the share price down.

The last 5 PR's about contracts are $12M + $8M + $17M + $10M + $25.5M = $72.5M within about 7 weeks time. I like the run rate going forward even more than the day of the last announcement, which was how long ago?

Oh yeah, yesterday.
