I stand corrected. It was Ted who called it gouging, you replied to my post to Ted. My post (Ted's comment in quotes) "Profit gouging is gouging no matter the industry" But how is 10% profit margin, during the good times in a cyclical industry gouging? Message 23365738 You didn't directly call the margins gouging. OTOH if there is nothing wrong with having such a margin why bother with the whole serious of replies you made to a post on that subject. If its ok for XOM to have 11.8% profit margin, or the industry to have 10% profit margin, why even bother with the Kroger comparison?
