Unfortunately I have never got around to figuring out how to do the NPV analyses that are required to get a better handle on how resources are valued in the market, so we'll have to take your figures for now.

Do you know much about management's experience in developing mines? The hiring of Rob Guest last week looks like a good move in that direction.

Do you have a handle on the timeline? I haven't looked at that for a few months.

insitu value (in the ground value) is normally in the range of 5 to 12%. i use 8%. but that will depend on how it will be mined (open pit etc), recovery values etc.

51.40 x .08 = 4.11 bucks. still a deal (maybe).
