Extremely marginal... (but also exactly what one would expect as the Mahdi Army and Badr Brigades - and other Shia militas - order their guys to lay low for a while... as long as Uncle Sucker is playing into their plans by killing their enemies for them.) After all: why should they do the heavy lifting as long as we can be tricked into it? (Plenty of time for them to come out of the shadows after their enemies' fighters have been reduced by good ole Sammy, and the ever-foolish American taxpayers.)
