Could be...but the current officeholder is making "inept" and "ineffectual" look like good descriptions. Read the National Review opinion posted a moment ago... Flip-flopping, unfocused, ineffective justice department...and then because of this the democrats get to take on the President on issues that shouldn't even be discussed. So, don't blame the democrats for playing politics. The conservative bloggers see that Gonzalez gave them the opening and the handling of all this has been atrocious.
