Nice find on SMTX. I think ULBI is probably bottom here and that probably means INGN too since they are kindred spirits.

I strongly suspect that stocks like ULBI and INGN are victims of naked shorting which the big players are using to gain control of these valuable small cos. with real technology. They are shorting these while propping up their Nordstroms stock. I think we will see a reversal of this imbalance but who knows, its very scary when this naked shorting is so blatant and unchecked that in the end there is no traceability of who actually owns the stock.

I am not trading stocks now until the dust settles. I really think there are too many ticking time bombs with short fuses out there. I expect collateral damage to innocent bystanders.
