That is the problem that VPs always have. I remembered Gore from the primaries when he ran against Clinton. Gore struck me as a policy wonk, and I have a weakness for policy wonks. I still remember the political cartoon of the two of them. Clinton is drawn as a student, sitting in at a school desk, with his legs straight out and hands deep in the pockets of his jeans, staring off into the distance blowing a bubble of chewing gum. Gore is drawn as the teacher and with a pointer in hand, is admonishing Bill for being a slacker...
