Dates for withdrawal must be set.

Whatever plans we make, should be made with the Iraqis in secret, not handed out as free gift to the insurgents.

The Iraqi government has to know that large scale American support has a limit, and a more severe limit if they don't get their act together. But publishing the date and plans only benefits the enemy.

If we set withdrawal dates....then we have lost....and the consequences of that loss are not trifling to our own national security interests.......
