Oral, Working nights, I will often go to sleep watching the Food Channel. All is well with me in the Land of Morpheus until Rachael Ray's show comes on, at which time, I am immediately shot-out-of-a-cannon, wide awake, with eyes out on stalks. I guess I should say that I didn't like Rachael's delivery or her show before she started waking me up so intrusively. I will grant that she sometimes has very good recipes, and I cadge the ones I want from the Food Channel home page. - Holly
