Many Bushies like fascism, which is why they pre-emptively struck on the word "fascism" and repeated it over and over as relates to Islamics, so they could basically co-opt that word in our vernacular. Bill O'Reilly even calls MoveOn.org "fascists" though they are certainly the opposite of fascism. They want transparency, democracy, a clean government and no military-industrial complex running everything.

Indeed if Nazi Germany had on TV station, would it not be a lot like Fox News? Representing only one rightwing party with a few weak-looking opposing voices thrown in to create the illusion that anything is fair and balanced about it?

In Bush-Cheney's Amerika staged rallies are also fascist-like. All the troops and flags and all visitors carefully screened and forced to sign loyalty oaths to Bush. No real questons are allowed. I remember in 2001 he had an "economic summit" of all economic leaders but the only ones invited were the ones who'd already signed onto his pro-corporate elite/anti-middleclass and environment schemes.

Just amazing this is Amerika. (sic)
