Clarke stated UNDER OATH that Bush was AWOL on terror. he later backtracked a little not under oath, probably because he was trying to get a job. But his statements under oath were clear and exposed Bush as the worst defender of this nation in our history, almost as if Bush WANTED terrorists to hit us. Bush did everything but put a "welcome terrorists!" sign on our country. He did absolutely nothing about the USS Cole or the many pre 9-11 warnings and disbanded Clinton's entire counter-terror office. Dereliction of duty repeated later in Iraq.
