Wrong as usual AS. Most Jews rich or not are indeed social and sexual liberals. But many are anything but liberal on economic and Mideast issues. Jews (many of them right-wing) are greatly over-represented among the top honchos of firms like Goldman Sachs and hedge funds that have profited enormously from Bush and Greenspan economic policies. And the richer they get the more political influence they have. Too Israeli Jews are far more pro-war and right wing than American Jews. The Israel prime minister has stated that that Iraq war was good for Israel and warned the US not to withdraw too quickly from that quagmire. The right wing forces now dominant in israel are just as much of an obstacle to ending the Iraq war and avoiding a new war with Iran as Bush and Cheney.
