The peak in subprime mortgage interest rate resets occurs this November 2007. The resulting foreclosures will occur over the following 12 months or so, perhaps peaking in November 2008.

Based of the wide spread noise related to the sub prime mortgages it seems, that may be, the crisis will end in a month or two.

This problem is just beginning and will grow with each passing month.
