What Edwards does increases costs for all of us.....

And regulation doesn't? There are two meaningful ways to protect the public from unscrupulous shysters; one is by allowing lawsuits when someone is wronged - the other is by government regulation. Myself; I prefer less government regulation and more take the shysters to the woodshed and deal with them.
