Clinton took out Milosovic without a single US casualty and with full cooperation of all allies. That is how you run a regime-change, not the way Bush did it. Care to deny that?

Despite the fact that like Bush-cheney Clkinton dodged the draft, Clinton turned out to be a far superior commander in chief. His war was almost perfectly carried out. And Milosovic had WMD while Saddam did not.
