Ralphie, in your zeal to paint terrorist as victim and victim as terrorist, you unsurprisingly miss the obvious. The Bank of America Plaza complex in Seattle includes the Columbia Center tower (f.k.a Bank of America Tower), which is the twelfth tallest building in the US and the tallest west of the Mississippi in terms of number of floors. Clearly he was referring to that building. Or do you seriously think that some evil government conspirators picked out a less than one year old, tiny, Seattle bank to pad a fraudulent confession?
