West certainly contributes to rallies, but it's the Fed's printing that causes them. I don't see them printing now. So, I don't see us going much higher right now. Well, maybe they moved the printing press under the table, where we don't see it -g- Treasury got some TIOs for the expiration, but the Fed is not doing much. I wonder if there is a problem in communication -g-
