Yes .. This is a states rights issue.

It is also a humanitarian issue that needs to stop ASAP.

This is also an energy issue. Ariel surveillance of US citizens has caused a lot of growing to take place indoors. It has been estimated that at least 40 power plants could be shut down if marijuana could be freely grown outdoors.

This is also a budget issue. Thirty five years has been enough time. Do pot laws work? No. After all that time we still have pot in the US. Then why do we have to continue to pay for these laws that don't work?
