If I remember correctly, Clinton was commanding a war in Bosnia, while Dole, Bush and others were saying they were against that war and any kind of nation building. That's why OBL waited till Clinton was out of office before he struck on 9-11. Bush folded and was frozen reading my pet goat...while Dick Cheney ran everything, including intelligence, from the WH bunker. Obviously Bush was expendable. The Yugo war was a war of Serb and Arab origin...as are the neighboring countries. Lots of "brown" people. I think your reference to non-white people was clueless and full of hatred. Why do you hate so much?
