My specialty was working around the rule book... a tome that was treated with the reverence of the Bible. If it wasn't in the rule book, you could do it. I noticed there was no rule against having pets. Organized a Saturday dog buying spree and ~50 cadets bought dogs. Place was a puppy madhouse, dog shit everywhere. They made us leave them home after Christmas break and revised the rule book, which I thought was very unfair. My German Shepard pup ended up being a bar dog in Berwyn, IL, probably not a bad life.

Cummins says democrats are liars. What else is new? todaysthv.com The Los Angeles Times reported Friday that Cummins had been asking himself whether the Blunt investigation was a factor in his firing. Cummins told The Associated Press Friday that he never said that. The Times said that Democratic lawmakers have cited Cummins firing and the Blunt investigation as evidence that the firing was politically motivated.
