Yes, but it is the recent instrumental record, and the seasonal variation was not a part of any discussion. There is no data with comparable accuracy from tea leaves or ice bubbles, and no means to calibrate those data other than speculations based on a pile of unverifiable and untested assumptions. These assumptions are even never spelled out. You cannot compare instrumental records with speculations and pseudo-scientific imaginations, and draw a conclusion to institute a world-wide action.
