Michelle is current wife. They were married 14 years ago. That would be 1993. He met her in 1989 in Chicago. This article talks about the father's wives and affairs. I have not seen a mention on the internet that leads one to believe Candidate Obama has been married more than once. He and Mitt Romney seem to be unique in the field of candidates.
