Hello, Crossy - I'm sure Frank knows a lot more about this but I thought I'd say a few words about LVLT and 360. Indeed, LVLT mgt was the old WilTel hands. I don't know if WB still owns LVLT but he has bought the convertible debt, along with Bill Miller of the Legg Mason Value Trust fame. BM, who is a big believer of the Santa Fe Institute (no relationship to the current discussion but maybe academically inclined that you are you may want to read up on the outfit, if not already) has been a LT investor. You have to give LVLT mgt credit for some of the ingenious ways to stay alive in the down cycle, such as the purchase of Software Spectrum. The latter has been sold recently. I do not know who bought into it when LVLT has tried to roll up a few more outfits, such as Broadwing.

My memory is getting rusty but I thought XOHO.OB has some part of 360. Carl Icahn is the Chairman, and of course, the controlling shareholder.

Disclosure: I own a little bit of LMOPX, LVLT and XOHO.OB
