I provided you a link directly to a statement from her and her doctor.

One of the primary things for her was the anti-nausea effects.
She is highly allergic to most synthetic drugs. Those that they tried (that she could stand) didn't work for her.

There were other major benefits she gained from pot. But none of them were keeping her alive (I don't believe).

Yep, just about all of them will shut it down when they are shown to be wrong.
