"Jacking off to help prevent STDs? Yeah, a real winner, that policy."

It was never proposed as policy. It was just a comment. Even if it were to become policy, what would have been the harm? Other than being a little silly. I mean, it couldn't work worse than an "abstinence only" policy now could it?

"Jacking off to help prevent STDs?"

I don't see where that's a bad idea. From 14 to 18, I jacked off at least once a day, when I hadn't been laid. A young man NEEDS the release! I could have just screwed the known sluts in school and gotten an STD.

Elders was just being real, but conservative bible thumpers can't handle the truth.

CJ, > It was one of the sillier controversies in recent history.

Jacking off to help prevent STDs? Yeah, a real winner, that policy.

Now jacking off is bad. How's non procreating sex.....is that evil too? Its POVs like this that makes it so easy to hate the right.

Even Bill Clinton, the guy who didn't think oral sex was really sex, didn't want to defend Elders after that.

Yeah, because he knew how sick the right gets when someone tries to discuss the 'S' word.*

*Disclosure: S = sex
