Last year the Zionists killed many hundreds of mostly unarmed Palestinians -- a lot of them children -- while the Palestinians killed about two dozen Israelis. But all this fine with you because Hamas is "evil." despite being democratically elected.

Your obsession with Hamas reminds me of Bush's obsession with Iraq. Is this how you prove how "tough" you are. Hamas was and is no more a threat to America than Iraq was. But when Israel says jump most Democrats continue to ask "how high."

BTW I recall you never uttered a word against the brutal Zionist attack on Lebanon last summer. So I assume you supported it just like virtually all the right wing Zionist-funded Democrats did.

You are the one who is ignorant and naive about the Middle East.

Your hatred of Hamas and support of every Zionist atrocity( hugely greater than those of Hamas) shows that you implicitly consider Israel to be the 51st state.

But now none other than George Soros is saying Israel must tallk to Hamas and soon.

I suppose he is naive as well.

Dear Friends and Colleagues:

I thought you might be interested in reading George Soros's essay On Israel, America and AIPAC, which appears in the current issue of the New York Review of Books, published today. Bush's Latest Blunder: America and Israel Must Open the Door to Hamas, a shorter version of the essay, is included below and appeared as an op-ed in today's Financial Times.

In "Bush's Latest Blunder" Soros focuses on the administration's refusal to deal with a Palestine unity government and the implications for a lasting peace settlement. In the longer essay he goes on to describe the role of AIPAC and its allies in stifling public debate. Soros notes, as did Nick Kristoff in his New York Times column on Sunday, that the debate over Middle East policy is more constrained in United States than in Israel itself--due in part to AIPAC's influence and intimidation.
