If I thought that Pakistan was the most obvious real world example of my view I would have listed them instead of Burma. Reading someone else's general views, and then thinking of specific examples where you think they wouldn't work may be interesting for you, but what's the point of that? If I think the US should invade Pakistan, I'll tell you so. Since I don't think that, I haven't told you so. There isn't much value in you telling me that I should think the US should invade Pakistan, right?
