I'm less familiar with thatstory, but would probably be in favor of outside forces forcibly removing him from what I know.

Doesn't he win fake elections regularly? If so, in this case it would be something more along the lines requiring that the country hold free elections well monitored by outsiders, and if the country fails to do so his regime then gets declared persona non-grata and destroyed.

What's wrong with discussing Burma? Are you just looking for instances where you think my general idea is a bad one, or what?

Do you think regimes in power should be allowed to rule over their populations as they choose, even if it is extremely detrimental to the population?
