TOTALLY ISOLATE THEM from the Western World.

I wouldn't use the term "Western World" in opposition to Muslims, as you did. The "West" is basically Europe and the Americas, North & South. The "East" is generally the Orient (China, Japan, Asian Tigers, etc.) and perhaps India. In the "East", only Malaysia and Indonesia are largely Muslim.

And their numbers are growing three ways:
Large families
Recruiting
Immigration

Immigration may be the least form of growth.
