I dont know how I missed this...it was issued on February 20th and was put on the website on March 8th. Qualcomm was granted summary determination on Nokia's 12th and 13th affirmative defenses (Unclean hands and Patent misuse respectively).

The Nokia petition for review is confidential but here is Qualcomm's opposition to the petition.

I am unfamiliar with any grant of summary judgment as to Nokia's defenses...that sounds interesting; isn't the only forum right now for Q/Nokia litigation at the ITC?

QCOM vs. BRCM:
U.S. International Trade Commission in Washington, D.C., and Broadcom's antitrust claim against Qualcomm, which is on appeal in the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, are not affected and will continue forward.

QCOM vs. NOK:
Do not have a comprehensive list, will have to check my notes.
