As a much closer follower of Nokia than I, you probably have answers to the following: Is Nokia issuing or reissuing a lot debt ... or planning secondary offerings? If so, would this financing be partly to continue their legal battles with Qualcomm? If none of the above, why exactly is CFO Rick Simonson headquartered in New York?
