kenneth, Based on my read of your thread header, I suspect that you have a better handle on the company than the rest of us. If I recall correctly, the general consensus on this thread was that the deal was fairly priced. I do recall that HBRF is interested in making additional acquisitions, and I suspect that they are also very interested in forcing the warrant holders to exercise their warrants.
