Stealing pages from a library is not a setrious offense. You're ignoring the fact that Bush let 9-11 happen after numerous warnings, and Berger-Clinton stopped the LAX 1999 attack after they were warned in a similar but less alarming manner. One saved us, the other failed us and let us get hit. And yes I'm sure all the Bushies have stolen stuff from libraries in their lives. Bush's own domestic policy advisor was arrested for shoplifting at Target.
