That 'answer' is up to everyone to decide for themselves: Are 'Americans more evil' then ALL the other peoples of the world... or do we have 'too many bad laws', criminalizing things that shouldn't be criminalized, and THAT is why we lead the ENTIRE WORLD in the percentages of our own citizens we put in prison. (I say that prison should be for violent people, or for anyone who harms OTHERS... and not for whatever dumb things people choose to do in their own lives to themselves.)
